We take a fully developed design and develop the specific details of each component e.g. exactly how the window sill will fit to the window frames etc. We ensure our technical design work suits the manufacturing system developed in the earlier design stages and the design is compliant with all regulations and can obtain the necessary warranty approval and accreditation’s. Our value engineering approach generates positive improvements to the project by optimising both the product and the manufacturing process by developing the DfMA components more accurately to consider all fabrication implications including lifting, handling and transportation. By integrating digital systems such as virtual engineering and BIM we can ensure that all architectural, structural, building services (MEP), specialist subcontractor information meets the clients information requirements allowing us to prepare very accurate costs and design programme.
